In 2021 Wildsam (Austin-based makers of beautifully designed travel guides) asked me to illustrate their Hudson Valley & Catskills edition. It was a very fun project where I got to make a map of the place I call home, plus draw some of my favorite scenes and people. The books are all printed in a two color format so I did line drawings in black with a watercolor wash made into a yellow layer.
